Phobia

Anxiety
The work Katie did with me has had a huge impact on my life . Smoking Cessation
I saw Katie for a smoking cessation session at the beginning of August. I have been trying to quit for a while, but whenever I was out with friends or I had a glass of wine, I was still reaching for the cigerettes. Katie explained how the brain worked, the social triggers for smoking and the impact on the body. Katie answered all my questions and then took me through a 50 minute trance. Two months on, I haven't touched a cigerette. Thank you so much Katie, I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone who wants to give hypnotherapy a try and quit smoking
Phobia
Katie has been amazing, right from the start of the first session I felt comfortable and happy. Throughout my sessions with Katie I looked forward to each one as I always came away feeling optimistic and confident that I could overcome my phobia of dogs. Katie sent me a relaxation recording even before we had our first session which I still listen to now in the evenings. Gradually, throughout my sessions I noticed and people around me could notice an increase in my confidence when being outside. The day after my final session with Katie I attended an event in the park; something that would have previously caused me a lot of anxiety, I didn’t even give attending a second thought. By the end of the event I had been around lots of dogs and even petted a few. This is something I have never done at all in nineteen years and at times thought it would be impossible for me.
I would definitely recommend Katie to anyone who is struggling with a phobia even if you feel doubtful that you will ever be able to overcome your phobia. Overcoming my phobia and increasing my confidence has genuinely changed my life and widened my opportunities as I am no longer limited by my phobia.
Low Mood
When I began working with Katie I was at rock bottom. I cried to her as I didn't have a clue how to manage how I felt. I can't even begin to tell you how much better I feel after my sessions, I've learnt to empty my bucket of worries and I've learnt to understand when my bucket is full. Katie is one of the nicest, kindest people, she is just like you and I, she just gets it. Hypnotherapy isn't what you think, it's like counselling but with the extra bit when you have the trance session. I will definately use Katie again and 100% recommend her. I've told so many people about her and how she helped me. I feel so much better at handling my emotions now, thanks to Katie
